聚苯胺/蒙脱土复合材料的制备与表征

Synthesis and characterization of polyaniline/ montmorillonite composites

摘要 以聚苯乙烯磺酸(PSSA)为掺杂剂,插层原位聚合制得水分散性聚苯胺(PANI)/蒙脱土(MMT)复合材料.利用红外光谱、X-射线、热分析等对其进行了表征,并测试了变温电导率.结果表明,蒙脱土以剥离的片层结构存在于聚苯胺基体中,该复合材料具有很好的热稳定性和较稳定的变温电导率. Polystyrene sulfonic acid ( PSSA ) doped water-borne polyaniline ( PANI )/montmorillonite ( MMT ) clay composites were synthesized by intercalation polymerization in aqueous medium. The properties of the composites were characterized by fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), X-ray diffraction (XRD), thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), and conductivity measurement. The results show that the exfoliated silicate nanolayers of MMT clay dispersed in the polyaniline matrix. This composite is more thermal stable than that without clay samples and results in good stable temperature-dependent dc conductivity [ δde ( T ) ] as temperature changed.
