研究证明，用水作溶剂制备双乙酸钠是可行的；用三水醋酸钠替代无水醋酸钠制备双乙酸钠，生产成本可降低约１７．９％．
? The facts have proved that producing sodium diacetate using water as solvent is workable and it can decrease production costs about 17.9% by replacing sodium acetate with sodium acetate trihydrate.
