摘要
论述了印刷体汉字识别系统设计和实现中的预处理技术．在预处理过程中，通过对扫描图象进行倾斜校正、文本分割、归一化和线段抽取等处理，获得了所需要的线段集合．
? The pretreatment technique used for the design of Chinese character recognition system is discussed.In this course,the scanning pattern is treated by using skew correction,text segmentation,normalization and line extraction,and the line aggregation is obtained.
