摘要
采用恒载荷试验法及慢应变速率试验法(SSRT)研究了渗铝304奥氏体不锈钢在沸腾42%MgCl2溶液中的应力腐蚀开裂(SCC)性能,分析了渗铝不锈钢应力腐蚀开裂机理,讨论了不同试验方法对渗铝不锈钢应力腐蚀开裂敏感性评价的影响.结果发现:1)各渗铝不锈钢在沸腾42%MgCl2溶液中的SCC敏感性评价、恒载荷试验的临界应力与SSRT的最大延伸率具有较好的一致性;2)渗铝不锈钢采用SSRT(ε=3.04×10-6s-1)的断口分析不能判断其SCC敏感性及SCC机理;3)渗铝不锈钢抗应力腐蚀开裂性能依赖于渗层变形能力.

By means of constant load tests and slow strain rate tests,the stress corrosion cracking(SCC) behavior of aluminized 304 stainless steel in boiling 42% MgCl_2 solution was studied.The SCC mechanism of aluminized 304 stainless steel has been analysed.The influence of different tests means on the evaluation of SCC susceptibility of aluminized 304 stainless steel is discussed.The results show that:1) The appraisal on SCC susceptibility of aluminized 304 stainless steel and greatest specific elongation have quite good concordance.2) Nicked fracture analysis of aluminized stainless steel when adopt SSRT(=3.04×10-6s-1) can not decide the mechanism of SCC susceptibility and stress corrosion disruption.3) The nature of stress corrosion disruption of aluminized stainless steel is dependent on the ability of percolation layer transformation.
