摘要
用辅助共沉淀法制备了Ni0.55Zn0.45LaxFe(2-x)O4(x=0.001~0.020)铁氧体粉体,通过粉末x-射线衍射仪(XRD)、振动样品磁强计(VSM)等表征了产物的结构、物相和磁性能。结果表明,不同温度和不同的La掺杂量对样品的物相、晶胞参数、结构和磁性能均产生了明显的影响,因此,通过改变La含量能起到调控样品磁性能的作用,从而为NiZn铁氧体的性能的改善提供了新的线索。
In the article, Ni0.55 Zn0.45 LaxFe2 - x O4 ( x = 0. 001 - 0.020) ferrite powders were prepared by auxiliary chemical coprecipitation method, and XRD, Vibrating Sample Magnetometer (VSM) were used to characterize the product's structure, phase and magnetic properties. The result indicated that varying temperature and varying doping amount of La have a considerable effect on the phase, the lattice parameters, the structure and the magnetic properties of the product. And the magnetic properties of the product can be manipulated by changing the amount of La. Hence, it offers a new clue to improve the properties of NiZn ferrite.
