摘要
采用稀土偶联剂、铝酸酯和硬脂酸对CaCO3进行表面改性,测试其吸油值和黏度;表征了稀土偶联剂改性CaCO3抽提前后的红外光谱和扫描电镜;测定了稀土偶联剂改性CaCO3共混PP的抗冲击强度。试验结果表明:稀土偶联剂对CaCO3具有较强的偶联作用,稀土偶联剂可在CaCO3表面形成较牢固的物理和化学配位,获得的稀土"壳-核"CaCO3可提高PP的抗冲击强度。当稀土偶联剂的质量分数为3%时,其增韧效果最好。
The superficial modification of calcium carbonate using rare earth coupling agent, aluminate coupling agent ,and stearic acid were carried out. The viscosity and oil absorption values were tested.The characteristics of modified calcium carbonate were characterized by infrared spectroscopy and scanning electron microscopy. The impact strength of PP blending by modified calcium carbonate was studied. The results show that rare earth coupling agent possess strong coupling effect to calcium carbonate,and remarkably improves the impact strength. The toughening effect is the best when the content of RE coupling agent is 3%.
