摘要
针对电动助力转向系统回正效果不理想,通过设计新型转角传感器以及扭矩传感器,采用了基于微处理器控制的回正控制单元和硬件,能够很好的实现转向系统回正。在实验台上进行的在线仿真和实验也表明,在设置不同的阻力环境和车速,转向系统都能够较好的识别,并实施回正和阻尼控制。
In order to improve the performance of return-to-center of EPS, a new angle sensor and a torque sensor are designed. Based on the control of the ECU and other hardware, good performance is achieved. In different parameters of speed and resistances, the simulations and experiments show the ECU can recognize the different modes and implement the returning-to-center and damping control.
