摘要 PCBN刀具用于高速切削、硬态切削、干切削以及加工自动化和难加工材料等先进切削工艺时显示出了卓越的性能,为了推动PCBN刀具在我国的推广使用,充分发挥PCBN刀具的潜能,有必要对PCBN刀具切削过程中的行为规律进行研究。目前国内外已经有很多这方面的研究报道,本文旨在对前人已进行的工作进行一个系统的总结,以期能得到PCBN硬态车削时的主要的磨损机制。 The use of polycrystalline cubic boron nitride (PCBN) cutting tools in advanced machining technology such as high- speed cutting, ultra-high-speed machining, hard turning, dry machining, processing automation and difflcult-to-machine materials shows the best performance. In order to promote the use of the PCBN cutting tools in our country and take full advantage of the benetits offered by PCBN, it is necessary to understand the behavior of the material in application. A significant amount of research has been carried out in this area and a literature of the relevant work is presented. The purpose of this paper is to summarize the results of the published literatures in this area systematically, and then obtain the wear mechanisms of the PCBN tool in hard turning.
