基于机器视觉的挤压机调速系统

Extruder Velocity Modulation System Based on Machine Vision

摘要 基于机器视觉的挤压机调速系统由嵌入式图像处理系统和基于伺服电机技术的运动系统组成,实现了在线速度的闭环调节,具备良好的平稳性、鲁棒性和自适应能力。通过整个系统在株洲硬质合金集团公司型材厂的挤压机(D-120/250型)工业现场运用,测试检验各种挤压产品,使用效果良好,极大地降低了产品的不合格率(由改造前45%~50%降到5%~10%)。 Based on the mechanical vision speed adjusting system is composed of the image processing system and the technology of the velocity modulation system, it realized an online closed-loop speed adjustment.It has good stability,robustness and the self- adapted ability, the entire system was used in molding factory's extruder plant (D-120/250 type)/ndustrial site of zhuzhou cemented carbide group and test a variety of extruded products, the result of effective is very good and greatly decrease the ineligibility of the product (from 45%-50% before to 5%-10% after).
