The criterion equation for rotary cup granulation of blast furnace slag

摘要 对高炉渣转杯法粒化过程进行分析,利用量纲分析法得出该过程所涉及到物理量的无量纲准则数。通过实验确定渣粒直径与各准则数之间的关系,得出准则数方程。 The process of the rotary cup granulation for blast furnace slag was analyzed. The criterion numbers of effecting granulation process were deduced from the physical quantity involved in the process by using dimensional analysis method. The relationship formula between the diameter of slag and the criterion numbers was obtained after experiments.
