摘要 高Al2O3矿的配加及精料技术的进步等因素促使高炉渣中Al2O3含量过高,从而使炉渣熔点和熔化性温度升高,流动性和脱硫能力下降。高炉冶炼可以通过改善焦炭质量,降低燃料比,提高煤比,提高烟煤配比,优化配矿结构和高炉炉料结构,适当提高渣比以及提高高炉适应高Al2O3操作的能力等措施来降低Al2O3对高炉冶炼的影响。 The factors of the addition of high content Al2O3 ore and the technological advances of beneficiated material beneficiated makes the content of Al2O3 in BF slag extortionate , which induces slag melting point and the temperature of liquation nature raising. BF operation could take the measures such as improving coke quality, depressing fuel ratio, advancing coal and soft coal ratio, optimizing of iron and BF burden material organism, propriety bumping slag ratio and improving the ability of the adaptation with high content of Al2O3 in slag to depress the effect of BF operation by Al2O3.
