摘要
随着我国勘察设计行业改制的深入进行,勘察设计企业要想在日益激烈的市场竞争中立于不败之地,获取较大的市场份额和较高的效益,就必须建立健全勘察设计单位内部管理控制制度,搞好内部控制,提升勘察设计单位竞争力。科学而有针对性的内部控制制度,能够合理地对单位内部各个职能部门和人员进行分工、控制、协调和考核,促使单位各部门及人员履行职责、明确目标,保证单位的生产经营活动有序、高效地进行。下文结合单位改制情况及现行运行机制阐明几点认识,供大家参考、讨论。
Along with the deepening system reform of investigation and design industry, an investigation & design enterprise must es- tablish and perfect its inner control system and improve competition ability so as to achieve bigger market shares and higher benefits. Inner control system with science and pertinence can direct each functional departments and personnel to divide, control, coordinate and check reasonably, promote them to fulfill their duties and definite their goals, make sure the orderly and effectively progressing of production and management activities. The following part of this article will describe my understandings combining with our company' s system reform for reference and discussion.
