摘要
采用金属成形有限元分析软件DEFORM,对F3摩托车发动机主轴矩形花键的冷挤压成形过程进行了数值模拟.综合分析了入模口深度和入模半角对挤压成形工艺的影响,同时探讨了成形过程中的镦粗失稳问题.
Based on metal forming finite element analysis software DEFORM, analyses of rectangular spline cold extrusion of main shaft in F3 motorcycle engine are done. Integrative analysis of influences of mold entrance depth and entrance half-angle on the extrusion forming process also is conducted. In the end, upsetting collapse in the forming process is discussed.
