摘要
水产品中的磺胺二甲基嘧啶残留量用乙腈提取,用无水硫酸钠盐析去水,正己烷萃取去除油脂及其杂质,经70℃氮吹至近干,再经流动相溶解,用紫外检测器高效色谱仪检测,检测波长为270 nm.结果表明,水产品中的磺胺二甲基嘧啶回收率平均达90%以上,检测限为5μg/kg,从而证明该方法准确、方便、快速.
Sulphodimides in aquatic products are firstly extracted with acetonitrile after dehydration with anhydrous sodium sulfate, then purified from fats by extraction with n-hexane, and finally determined by HPLC with a UV detector at a wavelength of 270 nm. The lowest concentration of sulphomidiles that can be detected is 5μg/kg, and the recovery rate of sulphomidiles is over 90%. This method established is accu-rate, simple, rapid and suitable for determination of sulphodirnides residues in aquatic products.
