摘要
通过建立数学模型进行定量分析的方法,给不同的评委建立了水平程度、公平程度和相关程度的评价标准,以此为指标分配评委的评价权重,以评价权重对评委的评价能力进行排序分类.对水平分类较差的评委,应由管理部门对其提出警告或进行替换,以抑制评判过程中有意不公平现象的发生,让每位评委的真实水平得以体现,更客观地反映评价的真实水平.
In this paper, by establishing a mathematical model to conduct quantitative analysis, evaluation criteria for different degrees of level, fairness and relevance of the judges are established. Accordingly, the judges' appraisement weights can be distributed to classify the judges' ability to make judgment. Those with lower ability in the classification should be warned or replaced by some management department, the aim of which is to control and stop intentionally partial judgments, making the results of judgment reflect true level of the jury and the competitors.
