摘要 为提高高炉管道评价知识表达的可解释性,使评价结果更能反映高炉管道行程变化规律,根据目前高炉管道评价规则都是由高炉专家根据经验制定的情况,提出了一种新的规则生成方法——数据挖掘获取高炉管道评价关联规则.针对现有评价方法的不足,提出利用关联规则和模糊判据进行管道评价的方法.该方法基于挖掘规则和判据的双重模糊化,避免了评价结果"规则局限性"的问题.并利用所提出的方法对攀钢的4#高炉进行了评价,评价效果良好. In order to overcome the shortage of the traditional land evaluation methods and improve the intelligibility and efficiency of the blast furnace conduit evaluation knowledge through which evaluation results could better reflect the changes. Confronted by the present state that the rules for Blast furnace conduit evaluation are made merely on the basis of the experience of blast furnace (BF) experts, a new approach to the rules established through association rules mining from BF data are put forward, and a conduit evaluation method combining association rule with fuzzy decision is proposed in this paper. The improved method, which is based on the fuzziness of both rule mining and decision, avoids the influence of “rules bounded-ness” on the result of evaluation. The method is applied to No. 4 BF at Panzhihua Iron and Steel Group Corporation, and its effects turn out to be satisfactory.
