An Investigation on Decomposition of Wengfu Phosphorus Ore with Mixture Solution of Sulfuric Acid and Ammonium Bisulfate

摘要 对硫酸和硫酸氢铵混合分解贵州翁福磷矿进行了研究。结果表明,加料方式与速度、SO42-/CaO和H2SO4/NH4HSO4比值以及初始硫酸根浓度等对磷矿的酸解有显著的影响。其优化工艺条件为:硫酸与磷矿并流加入,加料时间50m in,SO42-/CaO=1.3,H2SO4/NH4HSO4=4/4.8,反应温度70℃。在此条件下,磷矿的分解率约为94%。与纯硫酸分解磷矿相比,本方法可节约硫酸约50%。另外,本研究发现NH4+的引入可以使硫酸钙形成均匀的针状晶体,从而改善酸解浆料的过滤性能。 A mixture solution of Sulfuric acid and ammonium bisulfate was used to decompose the Wengfu phosphorus ore. The influences of some parameters,such as the feed rate,SO^2-4/CaO and H2SO4/NH4HSO4 ratios as well as the initial SO^2-4 concentration were investigated. The results show that the reaction can weU conducted at 70℃ with reactant ratios of SO^2-4/CaO = 1.3, H2SO4/NH4HSO4=4/4.8, and the decomposition rate reached 94% as the acidic solution and the ore were concurrently added in 50 min. Compared with using single sulfuric acid, using a mixture solution of sulfuric acid with ammonium bisulfate led to 50% reduction of acid consumption. The existence of ammonium ion resulted in the formation of more uniformly acicular crystal of CaSO,, which can improve the filtration performance of gypsum during the following separation of acid decomposed slurry material.
