产业集群竞争力的定义落脚到竞争优势,是因为竞争优势能概括产业集群竞争力的"因素"、"结构"和"能力"三个属性,而且最根本的是产业集群较强的竞争力在于其所拥有的持续竞争优势。产业集群竞争力并不同于群内企业竞争力的简单加总,也不同于区域产业竞争力,产业集群竞争力是一种自组织力、耦合力、协作力、创新力和品牌力。

The industry cluster competitiveness definition stops over to the competitive advantage, because it can summarize the three attributes of the competitiveness, namely, ＂the factor＂, ＂the structure＂and ＂the ability＂. Moreover,the industrial cluster strong competitive power lies in its continually competitive advantage. The industry cluster competitiveness is different from the sum of the enterprise group competitive power, also different from the region industry competitive power. The industry cluster competitiveness is a kind of the organization strength, the coupling strength, the cooperation strength, the innovation strength and the brand strength.
