马克思的社会阶级理论、阶级分析法没有过时,仍然适合分析当代中国的社会结构,但必须根据时代和实践的变化进行发展、创新。在当代社会转型期,应坚持阶级分析和阶层分析相结合。实践表明:中国已有"中间阶级"产生的趋势。因此,必须在发展生产力的基础上,注重平等和福利,完善分配制度和社会管理,从而建立起以"中间阶级"为主体的现代社会阶级、阶层结构。

Rather than outdated, Marx＇s theory of social class, class analysis is still suitable for the analysis of contemporary China＇s social structure, but must be based on practice and the changes in development and innovation. In the contemporary transitional society, we should adhere to the union of class analysis and layer analysis. Practice shows that the tendency of China＇s ＂intermediate class＂ being protuced has appeared. Therefore, it is necessary that an ＂intermediate class＂ be established as the mainstay of modern social class structure on the basis of the development of productivity with enough attention being paid to equality and welfare and improvement of distribution system and social management.
