摘要
以罗杰斯为代表的人本主义教育观主张尊重学生,提倡以学生为中心,针对传统班级的弊端,参照人本主义教育观,在当代班级管理过程中应该树立"以人为本"的管理理念。在管理过程中要把学生当主体平等的人看待,关注每一个学生的差异和潜能,把发展人作为班级管理的起点和归宿,坚持学生是班级管理的主体。
Represented by Rogers, the concept of humanism education advocates respecting students and taking them as the center. Based on this, the paper advises setting up the management concept of "taking them as the center" in the contemporary classes. In the management process, students should be viewed as equals of subject and each individual's disparity and potential shall be attended. Besides, students' development should be the start and destination of class management and students as its principal part.
