Research on the barriers and their countermeasures in constructing the strategic alliance of production & study & research in Huainan enterprises of mining engineering

产学研战略联盟是校企合作的新机制,对提高企业创新能力和高校科研水平的作用日益增强,已经受到了比较广泛的关注。淮南煤矿机械行业产学研战略联盟中有许多不足之处值得研究。因此分析了淮南市产学研战略联盟合作中的障碍因素,提出了加快构建淮南煤矿机械产学研战略联盟的措施。

Strategic alliance of production ＆ study ＆ research is a new co-operationalmechanism between universities and enterprises, whose role in promoting enterprises＇technological innovation and universities＇ scientific research is gaining strength and receiving far-ranging attention. As there are many defects in the strategic alliance of production ＆ study ＆ research in Huainan enterprises of mining engineering worthy of research, this paper analyses the barrier factors in the cooperation of such alliances and proposes countermeasures to accelerate their development.
