摘要
阐述了燃油陶瓷隧道窑的工况特点,提出了在燃油陶瓷隧道窑中使用气-气式热管换热器设计中应注意的几个问题,详细地分析了受热面腐蚀结渣机理及其解决办法,并通过工程实际应用证明:在燃油日用陶瓷隧道窑中,使用热管换热器回收烟气余热加热一次风是可行的,有助于产品质量的提高,节油率可达4%。
This article describes the characters under working condition in the oil-fired china tunnel kiln, proffers some matters which should be paid attention to in process designing when applying gasgas heat pipe exchanger and analyzes the mechanism of erosion and slag-bonding. By practical application, the heat pipe exchanger used to recover residual heat for heating fresh air would be feasible,which would be helpful to improve product quality and could save oil up to 4%.
