摘要 随着互联网行业的发展,Web软件项目表现出创造性强、需求频繁变化、开发技术更新快、短时间推向市场、不停地进行功能演化等特点,Web软件项目风险急剧上升,传统软件开发和管理模式都无法适应这种变化。本文首先探讨了Web软件项目风险的一般性概念,然后运用软件项目风险管理的理论与方法,提出了适用于Web软件项目风险管理的设计原则,随后提出了快速风险识别与控制模型,最后对该模型提出了改进意见。 With the development of the Internet industry, Web-based software project has been characterized by such new trends as strong 'innovation, diverse demands, rapid technology update, quick application in the market and continuous functionality evolution. At the same time, risks with Web-based software project are also growing so quickly that traditional software development and management process cannot keep the same pace. This paper first discusses the general concept of risk in Web-based software project, then puts forward the design principles suitable for the Web-based software project risk management by using theories and methods of software project management, followed by a rapid risk identification and control model, and finally proposed some improvements for the model.
