Discussion on the Development of New Spinning Technology and its Products

围绕新型纺纱技术的发展与环锭纺纱技术进步两个主题,分析了转杯纺、喷气纺等新型纺纱具有的工序短、效率高、质量优、用工省、成本低等优势;对传统环锭纺的技术创新,尤其是紧密纺、复合纺纱技术作了论述;指出在今后纺纱技术发展中将出现多种纺纱方法互相渗透、互相交流、共同发展的局面。

Centering on the two themes of the development of new spinning technology and the progress of ring spinning technology, this paper analyzes the advantages of short working procedure, high efficiency, good quality, economical employment and low cost possessed by new spinning technologies such as rotor spinning and air jet spinning. It also discusses the technological innovation of traditional ring spinning, especially the technologies of tight spinning and complex spinning, and points out that the development of spinning technologies will lead to a phase in which various spinning methods interpenetrate, intercommunicate and mutually develop.
