独立学院的教学质量评价体系研究

随中国高等教育进入大众化阶段,高等教育的教学质量日益成为关注的热点。独立学院作为高等教育扩大办学规模的产物,在短短几年间经历了由试办到治理调整的过程,已进入到规范办学和提升质量的阶段,成为无可争议的新的高等教育的重要资源。但是不可否认的是仍有部分独立学院的基础教学条件不是十分理想,教学质量无法得到保障。如何加强独立学院教学质量评价,以提高独立学院的办学质量,也是目前高等教育工作者要不断思考的内容之一。

With the popularity of higher education in China, the teaching quality of higher education is increasingly becoming a focus. As the product of the higher education enlargement, the independent colleges ex-perienced the process from trial practice to improvement and rectification. They have entered the phase of col- lege-running standardization and quality improvement and become the important and unchallengeable resources for new higher education. Still, it is undeniable that the teaching condition of some independent colleges is not quite ideal and the teaching quality cannot be guaranteed. How to strengthen the teaching quality evaluation of independent colleges so as to improve the college-running quality of independent colleges is also among the content to be considered by the people in the field of higher education.
