With the continual development of higher education and overall implementation of college charge system, the number ofstudents with financial difficulties has inereased quickly. With the hard work of administration departments at all levels and colleges, the financial aid system of the students with financial difficulties in colleges has begtm to emerge. To collect and manage students＇ financial aid archives has become a bounden duty of archive department in colleges.
