摘要
采用O3/UV氧化法处理苯胺废水,考察了反应时间、苯胺浓度、溶液pH、光照强度、温度、进气流量等因素对苯胺降解率的影响。研究结果表明:苯胺初始浓度为100 mg/L时,pH值7.0、温度(23±2)℃、进气流量为80 L/h,10W紫外光照射条件下经15 min后苯胺去除率达到99%以上,反应30 min后,TOC去除率约为48.2%,苯胺降解反应符合一级反应动力学。
The paper presented the treatment of the wastewater containing aniline by ozoneFtJV, and also investigated the effects of factors such as oxidation time, aniline concentration, pH value, light intensity, temperature, and flow oxygen, etc. on the rate of aniline degradation. Experimental results show that when the initial concentration of aniline is 100 mg/L, pH value is 7.0, temperature (23±2) ℃ and oxygen flow rate 80 L/h, and up to 99% aniline can be decomposed in 15 min after the illumination of 10 W, in 30 min the removal rate of TOC reaches about 48.2%. The aniline degradation process by ozone oxidation was in conformity with the first-order dynamics model.
