工程建设项目各参与方合作战略选择

Participant's Choice of Co-operation Strategy in Engineering Construction Project

通过对工程建设项目参与各方之间关于合作的一次博弈、重复博弈和无限次重复博弈对策的分析,研究了工程建设项目参与各方的战略选择问题。认为工程建设项目相关各方最有利于自身利益、最有利于自身长远发展的策略是相互间的合作、尊重、沟通,而不是对抗。工程项目参与方首先假定对方是值得合作并可以合作的,从第二步开始直到第n步即采用"以牙还牙"、"以直报怨"而不是"以德报怨"的态度,直到对方主动摒弃对抗、冲突的态度与做法后,再与对方进行合作。

By the analysis of the first game, repeated games and infinitely repeated games between the parts who are involved in the process of the engineering construction project, the strategic choices in the process of the engineering construction project are studied. The authors think that the strategies to benefit themselves and the future development should be the cooperation, respect and communication, rather than the antagonism, between the participants of the project. Firstly, either of participants presupposes that the partner is worth cooperation and can be cooperated, then ＂a Roland for an Oliver＂ rather than ＂kindness to the complaint＂ attitude should be taken, until the other part actively gives up the antagonism, then the cooperation between the partieipants begins.
