高压氮气中自蔓延燃烧合成氮化铝及其显微结构

Study of Microgragh of AIN Synthesized by SHS Method in High Pressure Nitrogen gas

在高压下，利用自蔓延燃烧合成（ＳＨＳ）技术制备ＡｌＮ。合成产物中出现了许多显微结构，包括团聚结构、非团聚、珊瑚状结构、ＡｌＮ晶须和ＡｌＮ棒晶，对它们进行了分析。

Alluminum nitride(AlN) has been prepared by self propagating high temperature(combustion)systhesis(SHS).The morphologies of combustion products including agglomerative,nonagglomerative,coralline products are studied briefly.The production mechanism of AlN whisker and AlN stick crystal has also been discussed.
