摘要
在城市旧房改建时,房屋使用功能的转变往往要对结构进行加固。本文介绍了某旧房改建为办公用房时,拆除了钢筋混凝土隔墙,改变了原始结构受力体系,使楼板成为无梁楼盖。采用本文简化计算方法对结构进行分析和计算,经计算,楼板的承载力不满足承载力要求,需进行加固处理。利用粘钢加固技术对楼面进行了加固,满足了承载力要求,本文方法可为类似加固工程提供参考。
When the old building is reconstructed in city, the house is needed reinforcement because of the functional transforms of the structure. This article introduced some old building reconstructed into the workroom, the primary structure force system was changed because of the reinforced concrete partition wall were demolished, this causes the floor into the beamless roof. Using the primary structure was re-analyzed and re-calculated using the simplify computational method, the floor need strengthened in load capacity respect, the floor was reinforced with steel plate, which can be used as rreferences for strengthening design.
