介绍了通过正确选用铁粉，使用下模冲移动式带摩擦芯棒（型芯）的阴模模腔装料，合理分配烧结坯的整形余量和自动整形等措施，可以将粉末冶金气门导管的内径及其直线度控制在设计图纸范围内。
It was presented in the article that I. D. and linearity of P/M valve guide were controled within the limits of the requirement in design by correct choice of iron powder; using filling die cavity with friction core rod and lower punch moving, reasonably allocated margin of sintered compact for sizing and automatic sizing.
