摘要
在正交实验的基础上,采用方差分析方法研究了4个工艺参数(终轧温度、终轧变形量、淬火温度、轧后缓冷时间)对单张热轧双相钢马氏体体积分数的影响。此外,还讨论了马氏体体积分数与双相钢力学性能的关系。
Based on the orthogonal design, this paper has investigated the effects of four technological parameters (final rolling temperature, degree of final deformation, quenching temperature, cooling time after final rolling) on martensite volume fraction of hot rolled dual phase steel in single sheet. Besides, the relationship between martensite volume fraction and mechanical properties of dual phase steel was discussed.
