摘要
以蠕变过程中的热激活这一微观机理为基础,建立了蠕变曲线分析方程。利用该方程对铁基高温合金GH132的蠕变曲线进行分析并由此外推蠕变断裂寿命。结果表明,用该方程预测材料的蠕变性能具有实验周期短、试样数量少、外推结果稳定等优点。
Based on the concept of thermal activation of creep, a constitutive equation is given to describe the creep behaviour of materials at elevated temperature. Good agreement has been shown when it is used to analyse the creep curve and to make life time prediction of alloy A286.
