汽车减震器缸体用精密焊管的研制

摘要 研究了以焊管为原料生产汽车减震器缸体管的新工艺。结果表明,新工艺减少了冷加工道次,提高了产品精度,能很好地满足用户的要求。同时还分析了影响产品尺寸精度及性能的因素,提出了改进措施及发展方向。 The paper involves an investigation into the new manufacture technology of earthen pipe for automobile shock absorber, which is made of welded pipe. Compared with the traditional process of using seamless pipe, the passes of cold working have been reduced, and the precision has been improved. The product can be used perfectly. The factors influencing the dimensional precision and properties have been analysed, and the proposals for further improvement and development of the technology are given.
