摘要
介绍了遵义铁合金厂锰精矿浓密脱水的现状，ＫＭＬＴ－５０斜板浓密箱浓缩遵义锰精矿取得的工业试验指标。指出了现有浓密池溢流跑浑的主要原因，提出了解决的办法和措施，为该厂改扩建浓密脱水部分提供了可行的设计参数。
The present situation of thickening and dewatering of manganese concentrate in Zunyi ferroally plant is been introduced, and the industrial trial results of KMLT-50 lamella thickener which was used for thickening Zunyi manganese concentrate is been presented. It pointed out the main reason of turbid oveflow of present normal thickener, and gave a useful method and measure to solve the problem, it also gave a practice design data for rebuilt the thickening and dewatering system.
