摘要
采用共生生金菌对碳酸锰矿石进行了微生物氧化试验,探讨了Eh的影响及微生物氧化锰的作用方式。结果表明,矿浆Eh高于510mV时,微生物才能有效地氧化碳酸锰矿石;微生物既能氧化固态的MnCO3,也能氧化游离态的Mn2+。
Oxidation of rhodochrosite by Metallogenium symbioticum has been investigated, the influency of potential of redox on the bacterial oxidation and oxidation mechanism have been discussed. The result shows that the culture can oxidize the ore effectively at a potential of redox above 510 mV, and that the culture is capable of oxidizing both MnCO3 and free Mn2+
