摘要
建立以燃耗最低准则为目标函数的优化加热数学模型,根据变化的生产情况,控制燃烧过程,尽可能地降低钢坯氧化烧损,使加热炉燃料消耗最低。并提出加热炉计算机优化控制系统方案和控制策略。
The optimum heating mathematical model has been set up with the minimum fuel comsuption level as target function in order to control the combustion auording to different production conditions,and to reduce the oxidation burning of slabs as possible,which can minimize the fuel comsuption in heating furnace. The optimum control system plan and control strategy of compceters on heating furnace indicated herein.
