摘要
从矿热炉内等效电路及其热分布出发，建立起简单的矿热炉熔炼模型，提出反应区与炉料区存在一个最佳的配热关系，从而推导出威斯特里参数计算法中电炉参数系数及工艺相似法中相似数与炉料性质的关系式。
Starting from the equivalent circuit and heat distribution in submerged arc furnace, a simple smelting model is set up. It is put forward that an optimum,heat distribution relationship exists in the reaction area and furnace charge area. The parameter coefficient in Westly parameter calculation and the relationship formula of Similar number and furnace charge characteristics are deducted.
