摘要
在剖析宝钢高炉原用炮泥的基础上，采取强化骨料、调整结合剂、使用添加剂等措施，研制新型铁口炮泥，经宝钢３号高炉试验使用考核，月平均出铁时间３ｈ／次以上，出铁量接近１２００ｔ／次，出渣率＞８７％。
Based on the analysis of the composition of the former taphole loam,new prescription of taphole loam are developed by strengthment of bone material,adjustment of bonding agent and use of additives,etc.It is concluded that the average tapping time is over 3 hours,the tapping amount up to 1200t/time,and the slag iron ratio more than 87%.
