摘要 干硬性混凝土与塑性混凝土比较,具有用水量小、水灰比小、砂率小、快硬、高强、密实性好,以及抗冻性、抗渗性强,收缩小、耐久性好等特点[1]。文章以锡林郭勒盟五间房煤矿至省道307线一级公路预制厂为例,阐述了干硬性混凝土的配合比设计过程。通过实例得出结论:在满足技术、经济指标要求的前提下,应尽量采用干硬性混凝土。 Compared to plastic concrete, stiff concrete has some characters, such as little in water withdrawal, low in water - cement ratio, small in sand ratio, rapid in hardening, with high strength, good denseness, high frost resistance and anti - per- meability, low shrinkage and good durability. The process of mix design for stiff concrete is described in this article. Taking the precasting yard for first - class highway from Wujianfang Coal Mine in Xilin Col Meng to the Provincial Highway No. 307, it concludes that stiff concrete shall be used as far as possible, on the premise of meeting the requirements for technical and economic indices.
