摘要
在以知识为基础的社会财富创造系统中,经济发展所依赖的资源重点已转向人,人是众多资源中最重要、最宝贵的资源。目前,人力资源的开发与管理已成为决定我国企业生存与发展的关键因素。借助双因素激励理论,在企业发展对人力资源管理提出新要求的基础上,只有通过对企业发展中影响因素分析,才能发现影响人力资源发展的关键因素,逐步完善企业人力资源管理机制和用人机制。
The 21st century brings the world into an era of knowledge economy, focusing on public wealth creation system, in which the resources for the economic development start to turn to human element. Human is core of all social activities and the most important resources. In Chinese enterprises the development and management of human resources is closely related to their survival and growth. With the double factor drive theory, in view of the conditions of enterprises, the paper finds out the factors influencing the development of enterprises, pointing out the significance of utilizing human resources by improving HR management.
