摘要
研究生创新能力的培养是医学院校培养研究生的关键,其目的是培养和造就大批具有创新人格、创新意识、创新能力的复合型创新人才。本文从创新的内涵、医学研究生创新能力培养的重要性、创新能力培养的现状和途径四个方面阐述如何加强临床医学研究生创新能力的培养。
The cultivation of medical graduates＇ innovative ability is the key to graduate education at medical universities. The ob- jective of innovation-oriented education is to cultivate and produce versatile talents with innovative personality, consciousness and a- bility. This paper discusses how to strengthen cultivation of clinical medical graduates ＇ innovative ability in the following aspects ： connotation of innovation, importance of cultivating medical graduates＇ innovative ability as well as the present situation and path- way of innovative ability cultivation.
