Analysis of the Theory Examination Scores of Beijing Community Pharmacists after Training in 2007

目的通过分析2007年北京市社区药学专业人员岗位培训理论考试成绩和试卷,了解理论培训的效果、考试效果和试卷质量。方法对884份北京市社区药学专业人员岗位培训理论考试试卷的成绩分布趋势、失分率、试卷难度和区分度进行分析。结果考试成绩呈负偏态分布,平均成绩是63.75,标准差为12.80;试卷难度系数为0.6348,区分度为0.3153;考生在社区常用药剂学知识和社区常见疾病药物治疗学以及实际应用问题方面失分率较高。结论此次社区药师岗位培训的效果较好,理论考试试卷的难易程度适中,区分度较好,能够将不同水平的学生区别开来。大多数考生的成绩较好,但综合分析能力、知识的实际应用能力尚有不足,值得在以后的培训中进一步改进提高。

Objective To analyze the examination scores of Beijing community pharmacists after training in 2007 and to evaluate the effects of training and examination as well as the quality of examination questions. Methods The score distribution, rate of point loss, difficulty and discrimination of 884 examination papers were analyzed. Results The scores showed negative skewed distribu- tion, with the mean of 63.75 and SD of 12.80. The difficulty coefficient was 0. 6348 while the discrimination coefficient was 0. 3153. The test items in which more scores were lost were the common knowledge of pharmaceutics and pharmacotherapeutics that communities frequently used. Conclusion The effectiveness of the training for community pharmacists was satisfactory. The difficulty of the test was moderate, the discrimination was good and this test was reliable. Most students got relatively high scores, but their comprehensive analytical ability and knowledge application ability were relatively deficient, and need to be strengthened in future training.
