摘要
目的探讨影响临床营养学教学效果的因素,提出改进意见。方法研究对象为新乡医学院本科三年级参加临床营养学考试的学生,考试成绩采用SPSS13.0软件进行数据分析。结果同层次和专业学生成绩分布和及格率比较差异都有统计学意义(P<0.001)。不同层次和专业学生的平均成绩差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论要进一步加强临床营养学教学改革,建议将临床营养学列为必修课。
Objective To investigate the factors influencing clinical nutriology teaching so as to offer suggestions. Methods We studied medical junior students taking the clinical nutritiology examination. SPSS13.0 statistical software package was used for data analysis. Results The distribution and passing rate were significantly different between students of different levels and specialties { P 〈 0. 001 ). The average scores differed significantly between students of different levels and specialties { P 〈 O. 05 or P 〈 0.01 }. Conclusion The reform of clinical nutritiolgy teaching should be strengthened and clinical nutriology should be listed as a required course for medical students.
