摘要
经过对布料角及料流阀开度进行设定和调试,梅山3号高炉于1997年3月10日~4月9日进行了多环布料工业试验。多环布料的操作参数如下:矿石和焦炭的布料环数均为2环,矿石的布料角差为2°,焦炭的布料角差为3°,料流阀开度恒定,批料在10圈左右布完。高炉采用多环布料后,炉料分布合理,料柱透气性改善。
After the burden distribution angle and the material flow gate opening were determined. the industrial test of multi-ring (two rings) burden distribution was carried out on the No.3 BF at Shanghai Meishan Group Co. Ltd. during the period of March Hi to April 9 of 1997. The burden distribution parameters adopted were as follows: two rings with angle difference o( 2° for per ore batch and angle difference of 3° for per coke batch, constant material flow gate opening,and about ten rounds lor per batch burden. The burden distribution and charge column permeability for gas were improved after the multi-ring burden distribution was adopted as BF operation instruction.
