随着医疗体制的改变以及社会对医生素质的要求日渐增高,医学教育体制也在不断的改革与探索中前行。如何建立一种符合国际基本要求和国内医疗现状的教学模式,已成为值得探讨的问题。面对教学成果导向的医学教育目标以及国内国际医疗卫生环境现状,提出了一套强调临床与科研能力的集成式教学模式并进行了初步实践。

With the transformation of medical treatment environment, the society calls for a new generation of doctors with higher capacity . Medical education has to meet the common standard around the world as well as the domestic condition . A new education system which equally emphasizes the clinical capacity and research should be put forward . With the advance of the outcome-based evaluation system in medical education, the enhanced clinical practice and medical education model is lodged during the exploration in a large teaching hospital.
