从含钪氯化烟尘中提取钪

EXTRACTION OF SCANDIUM FROM THE SCANDIUM-BEARING CHLORIZATED RESIDUE

采用盐酸浸出、沉淀、萃取工艺，对从含钪氯化烟尘中提取钪的工艺进行了实验研究．结果表明：在最佳工艺条件下，钪的酸浸出率可达８２％以上，沉淀率及酸解度均接近１００％，萃取率可达９９．７％，反萃取率可达９９．６％，钪的总回收率约８０％．此工艺可有效地除铁、锰杂质，较好地实现钪与铁、锰杂质的分离．

Experimental investigation on the extraction of scandium from scandiumbearing chlorizated residue was carried out. The processincluded: (1) leaching Sc with hydrochloric acid, (2) Sc precipitation from the leaching solution, and (3) liquidliquid extraction of Sc. The results show that under the best condition of the process, the percentage of leaching, precipitation and LL extraction rates of Sc are 83%, 100% and 99.7% respectively, iron and maganese can be leaved out effectively and the separation of scadium with iron and manganese impurities are brought into being in the process. 
