摘要
采用盐酸浸出、沉淀、萃取工艺,对从含钪氯化烟尘中提取钪的工艺进行了实验研究.结果表明:在最佳工艺条件下,钪的酸浸出率可达82%以上,沉淀率及酸解度均接近100%,萃取率可达99.7%,反萃取率可达99.6%,钪的总回收率约80%.此工艺可有效地除铁、锰杂质,较好地实现钪与铁、锰杂质的分离.
Experimental investigation on the extraction of scandium from scandiumbearing chlorizated residue was carried out. The processincluded: (1) leaching Sc with hydrochloric acid, (2) Sc precipitation from the leaching solution, and (3) liquidliquid extraction of Sc. The results show that under the best condition of the process, the percentage of leaching, precipitation and LL extraction rates of Sc are 83%, 100% and 99.7% respectively, iron and maganese can be leaved out effectively and the separation of scadium with iron and manganese impurities are brought into being in the process.
