摘要
分析并阐述了铁铝型高水速凝材料作为一种新型矿山充填胶凝材料所具有的基本性能。它制浆后,初凝时间为60min,终凝时间210min。其硬化体有良好的耐水性和耐腐蚀性,在承载破坏后还具有重结晶性。应用铁铝型高水速凝材料不仅可解决矿山充填料不足、全尾充填存在的问题,还可提高采矿强度和生产效率。由于该材料的主要基料来源广,且生产工艺简单,因而推广应用前景良好。
The properties of ferroaluminate type highwater cementing material as a new packing cementing material are discussed. In slurrying, its initial setting time is 60 min. and its finally setting time 210 min.. Its hardened body, with good water proof quality and corrosion resistance, has a recrystallinity after its bearing is discrupted. The cementing material can not only solve some problems in filling of fullrangetailing, but also improve mining intensity and productivity. Due to its wide resources of basic material and simple technology, it has good application prospects.
