湘钢氧气转炉烟气回收工艺的控制要素

CONTROL FACTORS OF THE OXYGEN CONVERTER GAS RECOVERY PROCESS OF XIANGTAN IRON AND STEEL COMPANY

氧气转炉烟气回收工艺（简称ＯＧ工艺）已在我国一些转炉钢厂应用，但效果不一。通过对湘钢第二炼钢厂所用ＯＧ工艺中关键要素的分析，提出了具体控制措施和参数。生产实践表明，对ＯＧ工艺中的关键要素进行严格控制，高温烟气的处理可以取得良好的效果。

The oxygen converter gas recovery process has been applied at some steelworks in China. However, it varied in effect in the steelworks. By analysing the process used at №2 steel works, Xiangtan Iron and steel company, the author gives some concrete control measures and parameters. The production practice shows that in treatment of high temperature gas, good results can be achieved by strict control of key factors of the process.
