摘要
目的探讨鼻内镜在外伤性泪囊炎治疗中应用的可能性并评价其疗效。方法对16例因外伤所致泪囊炎患者行经鼻内镜下鼻腔泪囊造口术。结果16例病例中,1次手术治愈和好转为14例,有效率达87.5%。结论经鼻内镜下鼻腔泪囊造口术较传统的鼻外径路鼻腔泪囊吻合术有明显的优点,是一种较好的手术治疗方法。
[Objective] To explore the possibility and the result of endoscopic transnasal daeryocystorhinostomy for dacryocysdtis. [Methods） 16 cases of traumatic dacryoeystitis were treated by endoscopic transnasal dacryocystorhinostomy. [Results] After the endoscopic transnasal dacryocystorhinostomy, 12 cases were cured and 2 eases were improved. [Conclusion] Endoscopic transnasal dacryocystorhinostomy is a good method for treatment of traumatic dacryocystitis.
